I've had a bad experience today in regards to service and food. The Waitress who was serving us this evening was very rude and arrogant,she doesn't have customer service etiquettes. We ordered for Tikka and Savage,but we felt that the quality was not upto to the standard.The food was pathetic,we couldn't differentiate whether it was chips or chicken,it didn't even have the spring onions,the cheese had not melted..I had to take it back so that they can melt it.The small pieces we got,they were very cold and horrible.The Waitress told us infact she chased us away,to sit outside in the cold stating that they want to close.We were actually there before the closing time and we ordered our food at 9:10pm and we didn't tell her that we wanted take away.So she gave us the packed pathetic food and told us to eat outside.We had to move outside and sit at the Java's Chairs as she had demanded! No value for money and I don't recommend!!! Price per person: KES 1,000–1,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good, atmosphere was great and long as well. Waiters were friendly as well. We didn’t wait for a while for the food to get here as well. Definitely worth visiting again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at Snack Attack Adams Arcade. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was excellent. Beatrice served me with a warm smile and was very attentive throughout. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and quick service. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
