Unfortunately, specific details like operating hours are not readily available.

Customer feedback paints a mixed picture. Some diners have expressed high praise for their experience, noting: kid-friendliness, welcoming group settings, and the quality of meals offered. Others describe it as an average establishment in terms of ambiance and decor. However, they do acknowledge its cleanliness and competent service. Despite its varied decor opinions, the reasonable pricing seems to attract visitors looking for decent meals without breaking the bank.

For those planning events or large gatherings, Snack ROSA provides catering services, complemented by table service for a convenient dining experience. While recent information from the owner is lacking, the current reviews suggest that despite some room for improvement, Snack ROSA remains a modest option in Fes's array of dining choices.
