I've spent hundreds of dollars at the Mr. K. Winter Park (Ward Park) concession stand over the years. Tonight, the man behind the stand yelled at me for taking three napkins from the dispenser. I had just spilled soup on my shirt and was trying to wipe it up. I apologized for taking the napkins and offered to pay for them. He refused to accept the money and continued to yell at me in front of others, including my young son, until I walked away. I felt unsafe and disrespected by this interaction. I do not think people who treat their neighbors this way should have a permit to sell concessions at city parks. Sadly I won't be buying there in the future.
