First of all: 5 stars are actually not enough here! We discovered Snack Bar Rio as a recommendation on a website. Normally, we only go to each restaurant once to experience the variety of places we visit. But here, we ended up going three times. Not only is the food is excellent, we absolutely had to try several dishes, with the tuna tartare with truffles and the lemon sorbet as our absolute favorites. The service team, especially Nevena, Nikola, and Marko, was also absolutely top-notch. They complemented each other perfectly, were attentive, and courteous. Any restaurant owner would be lucky to have such a team. Even if one or two courses are a few euros more expensive than at neighboring restaurants, the unique flavor and the absolutely superb service quickly make that irrelevant. A little tip: many people appreciate this quality, and it's almost impossible to get a table without a reservation.
