Looks good at first glance.the same branch of Zambreros (Woden Westfield) has messed up again. I ordered a regular beans burrito bowl, only to be served by a trainee that had not been given any guidance as to how to 1) serve a customer, 2) that people can be vegetarian 3) give normal portions for a meal. I started to eat my bowl, only to find pieces of other meats inside ( I had asked for beans). I usually let the little eccentricities slide, but today I was disappointed as a loyal customer of this branch. My suggestion is to train new staff with an experienced staff alongside them in order for better flow during the lunchtime rush in Woden. Also, my sister has a loyalty card and the staff (trainee) had very limited understanding as to how to hole punch a card and had to ask the supervisor for guidance. This was overall a disappointing experience and I have now lost $15.50 for a meal I can not consume. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was trying to get a kids burrito bowl meal Which is advertise for $8.90 Ben says that I will be able to get a small burrito bowl plus a side of chips. Every other zambero is in Canberra I have been to is able to do this. Unfortunately, at zambero Westfield Woden they were unable. I received half a burrito bowl with the other side, filled with hardly any chips. Then when going to pay I was charged $9.40 and, when I asked the employee who was serving me and she explained that it is extra for lamb. This is an advertised anywhere, and when I asked her about it, she was quite rude to me. Also, my friend who got a burrito as she unwrapped the burrito, there was sauce everywhere and she got sauce all over her hand Which means it was not wrapped correctly and proves that there is no effort Making This food. Multiple people of my friends have had the same issue at Sam’s and this is terrible customer service and I would appreciate if you could look into it. Don’t go here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The kids burrito bowl includes a smaller portion, and protein upgrades such as lamb do incur an additional charge, which was applied at the register.
