We have ordered to go food here twice now. The first time was absolutely amazing. I ordered the flat iron steak and had been craving it for months after. We ordered again last week and got two steaks, one for myself and one for my daughter, because she ended up eating half of my steak last time instead of her own. We ordered both cooked medium rare. I cut up my daughter’s steak for her and it was a perfect medium rare and she started eating it. I started to cut into mine and it was much harder to cut into, dry, and the inside was a medium well. I was extremely disappointed and as someone in the industry, I’m not one to complain much, normally I would chalk it up and eat it, however after going back and forth with my boyfriend he convinced me to call and say something, as we spent $70 for food for the 3 of us, I should enjoy what I ordered and have it made correctly. I called and whoever answered the phone knew what my order was and when I told him the issue, he proceeded to try to put the blame on me and say ‘well the order sat here for quite awhile in the window’. The food was picked up about 45 minutes after we ordered and a window wouldn’t cook a steak more, just keep it warm. That also doesn’t explain how the second steak was still medium rare and mine was medium well, if the window was hot enough to be cooking the steaks, then BOTH of them would be dry and medium well by the time we got them. I explained this to him and he said ‘well there’s nothing I can do about it, there isn’t a manager here right now, he’ll be here in the morning’ Well my issue is RIGHT NOW, all I wanted was to bring the uneaten steak back, and have it replaced with one cooked to how I ordered it. I understand smaller businesses not always having a manager in at all times, but if that’s the case the employees working should be able to make executive decisions like when to replace or comp food (although I can almost guarantee if we had been dining in that employee would have been able to help us). We won’t be spending our money here again, $70 is already a lot for 3 people and the customer service isn’t worth it. I included pictures of both of our steaks so you can see I’m not crazy. The first picture is of my steak and the second is a piece of my steak compared to my daughter’s. Food: 2 Service: 1 Price per person: $20–30

Never been to Snaps before. Stopped for lunch and had the Gator snaps and a ham, pepper jack and bacon wrap. All was really good. I will definitely be back. Bar is really neat looking as well.
