The AI menu makes your establishment look like trash. Sno Shack has such an opportunity (and to me a responsibility) to be a staple of small town social culture. A sanctuary from the crazy outside world. The glow of the neon light. The straw skirt of the porch..there is a spirit to the Sno Shack that is poisoned by the AI slop. I won’t stop coming because of it. But I will definitely be bringing my family less.

Good Evening Tim! Thank you for your wonderful description and the overall experiences you’ve had at our shop. The best part about this review…. It doesn’t mention anything negative about the shop at all. It’s only the menus that change yearly and no one ever reads! (I always look at things in a positive light!) So thank you for reading our menu! I’ve gotten tired of working so hard on the same menus and no one reading or noticing them.

Always have enjoyed this place. Perfect to take the kids for a sweet treat. Also had a pretzel and it was made to order and it was delicious.

My daughter turned 13 today and I wanted to surprise her with a yummy treat but I was stuck at work. So I used a delivery company and in my notes on the order I asked if they would write “Happy Birthday Zoey”. Thank you to whoever took the time to actually write it out. She sent me this picture and said it was delicious! Thank you Gardendale Sno Shack for helping us celebrate a big milestone!
