I was in the area dehydrating from the extreme heat of a South Florida summer but I knew just where to go for cooling refreshment, Snow Bunny in Ramen Lab Eatery in Mizner Plaza. You can order the traditional Ramen Lab Eatery menu but Snow Bunny serves up delicious boba tea drinks also known as bubble milk tea and pearl milk tea. It is generally a cold, sweet milk tea served with chewy tapioca balls. You can also get fruit tea. The drink became popular in the US in the 1990's when Taiwanese immigrants opened the first bubble tea shop in California. While the antioxidants in the tea are positive for your health, the drinks can contain a lot of sugar so everything in moderation. The Snow Bunny menu offers the Mojito Lovers line with fresh fruit, mint, and lime, Ice Teas, and Milk Teas. Toppings of jelly and popping boba are an additional 75 cents. No ice is an additional $1.00 and sake is $3.00. Drinks are $7 or $7.50. They also have dessert that includes your choice of Thai donuts, Japanese cheesecake, and mochi ice cream. As soon as I saw they had a Butterfly Lemonade I knew it was calling my name. Butterfly Pea Flower turns drinks a gorgeous shade of blue. It is made from a dried, cobalt blue flower that is native to Southeast Asia. Its scientific name is Clitoria ternatea. The bright Butterfly Pea Flower is sometimes used as a food coloring. When you add the acid of lemon it turns violet. My drink was just the right sweetness level for me and the strawberry popping boba was the perfect addition. I love the convenience of being able to get my favorite drink in Ramen Lab Eatery. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came here at this place at 10:11 and they close at 10:30 and the lady at the front told me you have to leave we are close get out this so bad and stupid I will never ever get back there again Service: 1
