Had the eggs Benedict with salmon and a matcha tea at So Simple — everything was excellent. Perfectly poached eggs, fresh salmon, and a creamy sauce that wasn’t heavy. The matcha was smooth and well balanced. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and high-quality ingredients. Highly recommend for brunch!
