Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother going to this location. A simple request for almond butter and asking for the bowl to be made correctly turned into an excuse that the almond butter “discombobulated” inside the bowl. Which doesn’t even make any sense. Instead of fixing the issue, I was met with poor customer service from Adriana or so she said that was her name. Very disappointing experience, and because of how it was handled, I won’t be returning. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Supervisor Jacky is rude and unprofessional. She frequently speaks to her employees in a condescending way right in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. She also struggles to run the store effectively, often leaving things disorganized and understaffed. I’m surprised she hasn’t been held accountable yet. Leadership really needs to address this. Bowls are yummy as always.....BUT... I tried to call first to place an order and the phone does not work so I then tried to order on the app and that was giving error messages. Finally, I just drove in and ordered in person. The girl at the register got my name wrong and there was curly hair in my spirulina bowl. SMH! Oh and one more thing.... SOBOL Merrick, dont let your workers come to work with their BUTT cheeks hanging out of their shorts!!!! Its tacky!!! You guys can do better!! But your bowls are yummy! That is all!!!
