Got one baked taro for $34 and wasn't cooked thoroughly. Chop suey was good. Brisket was overcooked and dried. Pork bangers was good. Pancakes were good. They sold out of their infamous Korean fried chicken which I had before and was good. Their suafa'i was good. Bananas was good. Supoesi was okay. Samoan oka wasn't fresh. Overpriced for it's quality but overall I will give it a 3/5 experience from the food and customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Went today to get some food to satiate my samoan cravings and the food is so good. I got myself a mix plate of taro, lamb curry, two things of lamb flaps and ofcourse the sapasui. Food tasted exactly how i remembered home. Top it off with two turkey tail steamed bun. That was super finger licking good (no joke) All this for $30 some and change. Next time ill buy a dosen of the steam turkey tail bun. The drive to get here for me was a little over an hour but so worth it!!!!! Soa's Kitchen in Kent, WA is an absolute MUST TRY! I'm relatively new to Polynesian food, but I've tried enough places to recognize quality, and let me tell you, Soa's Kitchen has an incredibly talented chef! Everything I tried was cooked to an above-standard level with the true stamp of authenticity. Here are the highlights: Taro was perfect—ideal texture, cooked just right, and not dry. Sapasui (Chop Suey) was delicious with perfectly balanced flavor and texture. The Lamb was incredibly tender and moist. Both Manapua types were decadent: the steamed was fluffy and flavorful (not dry!), and the fried had a perfect thin crunch on the outside and was moist and fluffy inside. The Oka (raw fish in coconut cream) was fresh and delicious—no "fishy" smell, just refreshing in every bite! Seriously, if you're looking to satisfy your cravings for authentic, perfectly executed Polynesian cuisine, run, don't walk, to Soa's Kitchen, because they sell it fast! Highly recommend!
