Our server point-blank refused to take our food order at the same time as our drinks order - this seemed ludicrous in itself. It also meant he didn't take our food order till he brought our drinks... the problem being that we were going to have the full Welsh breakfast, so we wanted the tea WITH our food, not 10-15 mins BEFORE. It was so annoying that we just had our drinks, left, and went over the road where we had a delicious brunch at Corna Storr for considerably less. And yes, we did feed back when we paid.
