I find it quite rude and unprofessional that the owner can shout at her staff in front of the all the customers then has the audacity to reprimand a pregnant woman after all her guests has left to say that they weren't well behaved. Frankly, why host baby shower at your establishment if you cannot handle it. Also, the guests were very well behaved and the customers did not seem bothered. The swarma and burrito was actually a wrap with no fillings. The "swarma" had one piece of chicken on the one half and the burrito was filled with dry mince. And not even crunchy. We always appreciate feedback - whether positive or negative , we accommodated you for a booking at 15h00 for 30 people , no extra cost, - you occupied the restaurant from …We always appreciate feedback - whether positive or negative , we accommodated you for a booking at 15h00 for 30 people , no extra cost, - you occupied the restaurant from 13h00, setting up balloon archers etc. us getting in extra tables for the setting you required, for a booking of 30 people , only 18 people arriving at 'between 16h00 and 17h00 , with the other people arriving only at 18h00 , your party of people were extremely rowdy and loud and with no respect to others in the restaurant , my waiters attending to all your separate needs and wants and you only tipping them R290 , after 7 hours of serving you, leaving your balloons etc. behind , your guests leaving without paying their liquor bills , think it goes without saying - respect does go both waysMore
