If you’re craving loaded fries, Socios in Longmont absolutely delivers. The birria fries were packed with juicy, flavorful beef, crispy fries, melty cheese, fresh onion and cilantro. Every bite had that perfect mix of cheesy, and savory goodness. The chili cheese fries were straight comfort food — smothered in rich green chili and gooey cheese with generous portions that easily hit the spot. Messy in the best way possible and perfect for sharing or not sharing at all. Between the bold flavors, big portions, and friendly service, Socios is quickly becoming one of the hidden gems in Longmont for Mexican comfort food cravings. Definitely worth checking out if you love birria or loaded fries. Also you can bring you're own bag of chips for them to add toppings. I have been coming here for a while now and the food never disappoints. I’ve tried multiple things on the menu and everything is good! Reasonable prices for high quality food! Friendly staff! I am usually skeptical trying new taco spots for the difference in tortillas and service. The energy from the staff was welcoming and very nice, the food was great quality( tortillas not made in house but they are sourced locally and they taste amazing!
