Really lovely staff, and the ambience is cosy. The food is good, a solid 4/5, we weren’t blown away by this specific Okonomiyaki but we did enjoy it. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was delicious and the staff and customers were incredibly kind. I sat by the counter where the food is made in front of you and had conversations with the chef and also the other customer sitting around the hot plate counter. There were a couple of very sweet old ladies and the place had a very homely feel to it. It felt more like dining with your family than dining in a restaurant. It was really nice, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Soei's for an authentic hiroshima style okonomiyaki, but also if you're looking for a warm place to eat and have a conversation.
