Nicely cooked pizza and tasty kebabs have a nice taste. Food delivery is a big advantage of this restaurant. The staff is gracious that's what makes Sofra-Grill so good. Enjoyable service is something clients appreciate here. The atmosphere of this place is comfortable. Google users like this place: it was granted 4.7 stars.

Yesterday the five of us were the first guests in the restaurant and sat down at a table. There was only one table occupied by construction workers who had already eaten and were getting up. We ordered several dishes: kebab, a pizza and a pide. Unfortunately, this is where an extremely disappointing experience began: Drinks and food arrived after 40 minutes: we had to wait almost 40 minutes for our drinks and the first kebab, while guests who arrived after us (around 20 people who only ordered kebab to take away) were given priority. Even though we were seated at the table and had ordered earlier, we were ignored. It was only when I complained after this waiting time that our kebabs were finally served. The pide was completely forgotten. After another 40 minutes, the staff finally asked if the pide should still be done and the person concerned had to wait another 10 minutes. At this point everyone else had already finished their food. We had a baby in a stroller with us, which made the long wait even more stressful for us. However, no consideration was given to this. It is disrespectful to make customers who eat in the restaurant wait so long while others are given priority. In all other kebab restaurants you get your kebab within a maximum of 5 minutes and not after more than 40 minutes and only if you complain. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
