Had a great experience at So Hot Raleigh! Our waiter, Elijah Goh, provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very attentive, friendly, and did a great job explaining the menu and how to order, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. He checked in regularly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything came out smoothly. The food was great, but Elijah’s outstanding customer service really stood out and made our visit memorable. Highly recommend asking for him if you dine here! Nabi was PHENOMENAL! I went here with my best friend on 5/11, we had never tried hot pot before, and this was such a fun experience - both because the food was amazing, and because we had such a great server. We had such a great experience at SoHot Hotpot & BBQ this past weekend! We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and everything from start to finish was amazing. This was our first time trying a hotpot and Korean BBQ style restaurant, so we were a little confused at first about how everything worked. Thankfully, our server Rhea was incredible. She took the time to patiently walk us through all of our dining options and made sure we fully understood what to expect. My family was definitely struggling a bit at first, but she stayed kind, upbeat, and never once seemed bothered. Her energy honestly made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Once we got the hang of cooking everything, the food was absolutely delicious and we had so much fun with it. The service stayed excellent the entire time, and even the manager came by to make sure everything was going well. He personally made sure we got our complimentary ice cream for dessert, which was such a nice touch. To top it all off, my sister got a very special birthday moment with a song, dessert, and even a thoughtful gift that she will truly cherish. It made the night feel extra special. Overall, this was an amazing experience that we will definitely not forget. Highly recommend!
