Great location and nice wee place. If the waitresses would serve instead of conversing and making us wait 10 minutes for horrendously overpriced LOCAL craft beer, I'd have given 4 stars. Sometimes, you just need to STFU and wait for quiet periods to get engrossed mindless chit-chat. That said, due to the prices being above the usual NZ rip off prices, you might only stay for one or two and have a light snack.

Attached to the Navigate hotel, easily the best coffee and breakfast we have had in NZ. The long black is perfect. Spinach and feta pie was large and delicious. If you are looking for a good brunch or lunch, this is the place!!
