The cafe de olla is soooo yummy!! I got the chorizo con huevo and my friend got green chilaquiles. I recently moved to Pahrump and have been on the hunt for good Mexican food. Everything we had at Sol Mio was authentic and so delicious!! My new favorite spot in town!! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
