Sol och Ris is an Asian restaurant near Linköping’s main library, about five minutes from the city centre. It is not the fanciest place in town, but the food is good, with several vegetarian options available. The service is fast, and the prices are very reasonable. They offer takeaway as well as dine-in, with several tables inside, including four by the windows. There is some car traffic outside, but the noise level indoors remains low.
