On this stretch of Central, you will find bars, bars and more bars.This place offers good food, desserts as well as drinks. For me, it was easy to decide what to eat because there was a cheese toast and lobster roll. Both were perfectly executed. Starting from the cheese toast, it was made with gouda, cheddar and truffle on decent bread that toasted nicely, so it was flawless. The lobster roll was crammed with lobster in this delicious pretty pink paprika mayonnaise, again flawless!! For dessert, I had the strawberry crumble which was a change to having apple crumble. The strawberries were ripe and sweet complemented by the lovely cream and crumble. Finished with the pina colada which was a little too syrupy for my liking and lacked coconut milk as they used coconut syrup.

Party time, Solas is an institution in HK! If you are bored go up to Dragon Eye!
