Thank you for taking the time to write your review, however I do feel that this is very misleading and lacking in some crucial facts. So shall we start at the beginning and bring some actual context to the experience you've outlined. Firstly you came in asking for food at which point you were politely and apologetically informed we were fully booked, and only did Sunday roasts and were unable to accommodate your request for other food items. With this you then decided to sit in the garden with a drink and members of your party had removed their shirts so were politely asked to put them back on as per the notices in the garden and the businesses policy, and on more than one occasion incidentally might I add. Where you refer to a locals being given a menu, this wasn't in fact a local and was actually a customer that had booked a table previously to turning up, but I can understand how you might confuse them as a local due to the proficient and friendly service. As for consideration and understanding for any conditions or requirements, we pride ourselves and are highly commended by guests on many occasions for going above and beyond. On a final note as you clearly wont be returning to us in the future, you should possibly consider making reservations and give details of any requirements and I'm sure just as we would provisions can be made to accommodate any requirements. Incidentally to offer further context we also have a child with special needs & requirements so do fully understand and would not be rude or dismissive of any additional or special needs.
