Nice atmosphere, but the food and service didn't hold up. The bruschetta came out with bread so hard I couldn't cut through it. The manager offered to remake it and take it off the bill, which I appreciated, but it still showed up on my check. The potatoes were decent, though the portion was far too small to share. Drinks were fine but noticeably weak for the price. I wanted to like this place, and the space itself is great, but between the food issues and the billing mistake, I probably won't be back. Southdowns Grille knocked it out of the park. Restaurant layout was well thought out and the decor was really nice. The Gumbo was well seasoned and had plenty of ingredients. Duck Meat Loaf was unique and equally delicious. Red Fish was on point, and the salad and Bread Pudding finished it off perfectly. Both I and my friends left completely satisfied with the experience, our server Corin was exceptional as well. Definitely one of the best restaurants on Perkins Road.
