Solera Tapas is our go-to spot in Brighton for a casual but incredibly flavorful meal. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, but the cod croquettes and shrimp are especially amazing. It’s really well priced, has a lovely ambiance, and we always leave very full and happy. Friendly service every time too. Highly recommend! Price per person: £40–50
