I had the pleasure of dining at Hermanos Solis Restaurant #1 during a recent day trip to Corpus Christi, TX from Houston, TX on September 2, 2023. My friend and I decided to visit the Selena Museum, and after our museum adventure, we were famished and eager to sample some local cuisine. That's when we stumbled upon Hermanos Solis, and I must say, it was a delightful find. My friend opted for a refreshing salad and a Topo Chico, while I indulged in the carne guisada. From the very first bite, it was clear that we were in for a treat. The flavors were authentic, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, which were not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making the experience even more satisfying.
