Wish i didn’t even give a star . Waiting for 25 mins for my smoothie. Everyone that ordered after me got theirs first. And the whole staff is just gossiping and talking and doing anything but serving the customers. Unprofessional and I’m really annoyed . Why is it hard for people to just do their jobs. I always go above and beyond with what i do Food: 1

I like Pulp and long time customer, however I would like consistency in how Smoothies are made. I order the same and it taste different each time. I gave a 3 star for this reason. Train staff to properly BLEND items, trying to suck a banana chunk through a straw isn't fun. Staff can be a tad bit more just beat and friendly. So this isn't just Pulp but are hair nets no longer a thing in food preparation? Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

These 5 stars are for Mahlia and the other young lady who work with her. They are always so nice and friendly and always make my order right. They greet you and is always so friendly. The afternoon and weekend staff, especially the young girl with the little dreads are rude and doesn’t make the drinks right. I would give them a 1 star.
