Maye has a spectacular location for her resterant with a sweeping view of the Bocas islands. We had hot cacao drink, and pasta and a chicken dish with cacao (chocolate) sauce. They were delicious! We also went on the cacao tour at her finca nearby and learned about the chocolate making process from tree to table. We highly recommend a visit!
