I ordered the Kiev-style chicken + appetizer and side buffet set at SOLVERT in the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel. The round object itself is chicken, and when you cut it with a knife, the sauce comes out from inside, making it an innovative dish. Separate from the main menu, it is a buffet-style meal, with free salads and seasonal ingredients. Sweets include pudding and macaroons. Reservations are recommended for this popular set that just opened in February 2021. Payment also supports PayPal. It's in front of the Hokkaido Government Office, so it's easy to access.
