the mall itself is recommendable however the grocery is not. last Saturday, we went for early grocery chores only to find out there was only one cashier for the basket lane, NO cashier for the cart lane and one cashier for the senior/pwd. it was truly a hassle as aside from one cashier in the basket lane, there was no bagger, so the queueing was long. the manager on duty looks helpless due to irate customers.

Commending Rexa from SM Dept Store, I'm not so sure of her name but she's the one assigned to the baby section with breast pump station and Felipe from the baby's comforter section. They are very helpful and not intimidating at all. Double good job to both of them, you should really keep those who really do their job well and exceeds customer's expectations.
