Song Heng is a small, family-run restaurant in Paris specializing in two signature Vietnamese dishes - pho and bo bun. The restaurant may be small, but it packs a punch when it comes to flavor. Their pho is an umami bomb with deep layered flavors, and their bo bun is served with a generous amount of bean sprouts, mint and chilli. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. You may have to wait in line outside, but the wait is worth it for the delicious food. It's no wonder why this place is so popular - Song Heng is definitely worth a visit if you're in Paris!

This is definitely not traditional Vietnamese food. Why they use lemon but not lime ? And the so called “bo bun” rice noodle is from China .How come !? Price per person: €10–20

Restaurant Song Heng in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, the best Vietnamese restaurant in terms of quality/price if you want to taste a Bo Bun or a Pho soup at the price of €10.90. Small room inside and no-fuss service, but only good products. Please be patient, there is often a queue outside, but the wait is definitely worth it. To recommend without hesitation.
