Whoever the manager is that’s there in the mornings is so slow. It’s ridiculous. Orders always wrong, she takes FOREVER to ring you up, makes the food slow if you know you’re slow have a staff of 4 people in the mornings smh. The afternoon and evening crew with the teenagers move a lot better and smoother than her and that’s truly sad. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Mozzarella Sticks, Burrito

Sad how much this place has went down over the Years. Many teenagers working here with NO customer service experience at all. They will get your order wrong and then laugh about it...All I ahd was a drink it it was not made correctly. I ask them to correct it and was met with insolence and confusion. Needless if yiu want someone to play with you money and your food. Then definitely this is the place for you... Hope this helps..

I had a really disappointing experience at the Sonic Drive-In on Wheatland in Dallas. I ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and two drinks, but everything came out cold. The burger was poorly assembled, and the mozzarella sticks weren’t even warm. It’s frustrating when your food isn’t prepared properly. What made it worse was the service. The carhop had a terrible attitude—when I spoke to her, she gave me a look like she didn’t want to be there. I tried to stay polite and wished her a nice day, but she just walked off without saying a word, let alone smiling. No customer service whatsoever. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience really left a bad taste. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
