Check out how Sonic Drive-In looks outside

At this place people can delve deep into delicious dishes, and try nicely cooked chicken bites and good causa. It's time to try tasty Brezeln. Clients don't highly appreciate milkshakes at this fast food.

Food delivery is a big plus of Sonic Drive-In. Cool employees welcome visitors all year round. According to the guests, the main drawback of this place is the disappointing service. Some clients point out that they came across medium prices at this spot. It's a pleasant place with the homey atmosphere. But this fast food hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Never got my food. Had to repeat my small order 4 times to the girl, then waited in drive thru line only to hear the girl repeat back a completely different order. She asked for a 5th time what I wanted and still didn’t get it! Just unbelievable! I couldn’t believe how stupid and confused she was. I left. I just left. Never again! This is not the attentive and efficient service we strive for at the Drive-In, Deb, and we're sorry for the frustration and the time you lost. We’re taking this to our team to work on improving our accuracy moving forward. We value your business and hope to provide a much better experience in the future.

Can we bring back the sonic experience to this location? Doors are always locked to the lobby, drive-ins aren't a thing here, they just tell you to drive-thru. Food is prepared poorly and ends up cold from the long wait times. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 5 months ago

Hot and fresh is the only way to enjoy SONIC, and we’re sorry your meal wasn’t up to our standards, Celeste. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, your feedback will help us improve.

Everything is bad, bad food and bad service. They never get the order correct and then when I drive around again to let them know, they give you an attitude. This time the jalapeño poppers were not completely cooked and I ate a lot of the flour and it tasted nasty. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 5 months ago

We’re truly sorry your recent visit was such a letdown, Liset. Between the order mix-up and those poppers not being perfectly crispy, we definitely missed the mark on the quality you expect from us. We always want our service to be as bright as our flavors. We’re working hard to make sure your next stop is much better.
