Got the worst chocolate peanut butter shake ever from this location. When I called they told me the peanut butter stays in clumps when it is low. This mess is not what I ordered. I shouldn't have to chew a shake! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

I came by at 8:30 pm to order 2 teas. I order over the app so I can get that discount. After a minute or so, a girl came out to tell me that they are out of tea for the night and then just walks back inside. Comes back out and asks me if I would like a refund. (Screams internally) YES. OBVIOUSLY. Then goes back inside and then comes back out to tell me that I will need to come by tomorrow to get my refund. I am shooketh. Basically the manager wasn't there to do it, nor could they tell the employee over the phone how to do it because I guess they're not capable of pushing those specific buttons. Such a dumb thing to not be able to accomplish, but whatever.
