I want to like Sonic but at this point Their food is always old and 25minute wait for (1) drink isnt worth it ESPECIALLY when it never shows up. This isnt the first time but CONSISTANTLY I have had a bad experience with all Sonics. Why? Why is sonic becoming well known for bad food and horrible wait times. I wont go back. This isnt the first but it is the last. BRAUMS has a sweet cherry lime that is fresh and delicious without having to ask for a refund that never comes. I will be filing with my credit card company. Sonic, your doing bad business, on purpose. Maybe its a catch 22 but customers dont deserve to be treated this way. You wont get my business again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees are rude. Every time I come,I hear someone yelling from inside the building. Every time I order onion rings, they are received burnt. Sonics gone down hill:( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As has been the case over the last several years and most Sonic drive-ins the food was like warm, the speed of food delivery was not very expedient, and the taste was just lack luster. Sonic really needs to focus on food quality, actually serving it hot, and maybe have some customer service education for their employees. It's just a place I visit when my choices are limited.
