Half of the screens dont work so you have to pull in and out of multiple spots to find a working one. Can you not put up something like cones or tape to let customers know which ones actually work?

The manager is rude and vindictive. We placed an order, she called it back wrong so I advised her she did not get it right. We received our drinks, one was over filled with more ice than drink. We ordered easy on the ice. I mentioned Rita (I believe that’s the managers name) was rude. Carhope said it was only her second day and non verbally agreed. I asked her to call her out to my car. This manager proceeded to tell me the reason it was overflowing was due to the cream (dirty sprite) was flowing to the top. I told her she was in correct as the other drink was not overflowing. She then proceeded to just walk away as I was talking. Horrible customer service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
