If you feel hungry after visiting Atchison County Historical Society Museum, have a meal at this fast food. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve tasty cheeseburgers and nicely cooked hamburgers here. Guests don't like ice cream at Sonic Drive-In.

The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A lot of reviewers suppose that the service is decent. The motto of this place is fair prices for tasty meals. As visitors see it, the atmosphere is comfortable here. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Every experience at this sonic is awful. Ordered in the app waited 56 mins, ordered there waited 1 hr 8 mins. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner a month ago

Waiting longer than expected is never the experience we want for our guests, especially when you’re looking for a quick bite. We're so sorry to hear about the delays, Denise. Fast and reliable service is something we strive for at SONIC, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Our poor drive thru clerk was obviously overwhelmed and they are so obviously understaffed. They forgot the ranch for our jalapeño poppers and they forgot the bbq for the chicken. But hey, its a sonic in late summer in a podunk town in east kansas what was I expecting? Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 2 months ago

We hear you, and we’re sorry to hear the sauces were missing from your order, Laura. Small details can make a big difference, and we’re working with our team to ensure we're always attentive to our guests' needs.
