The absolute SLOWEST Sonic I’ve ever been to! There were only 4 cars there and it took a good 20 minutes to just get a Large DP! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner 3 months ago

Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, and we’re so sorry we kept you waiting, Deric! We're working with our team to pick up the pace, and we hope we can provide you with a much faster run next time.

First time I had to pay before receiving my food since I was paying cash. Took almost 45 minutes to bring my order out. Food was cold and milk shake was melted. Absolutely horrible customer service probably the worst visit to a Sonic I have ever had needs better management. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 6 months ago

Hi Aaron, we're sorry to hear about the long delay and the issues with your order's temperature. We want our service to be prompt and our food to be served fresh, and we’ll be reviewing your feedback with our leadership team to improve our operations. We hope you'll consider giving Sonic another try.
