Just to be specific, I do not recommend this sonic after about 4 in the afternoon. Tonight, we went and ordered 2 Sonic Bacon Double Cheeseburgers, no onions or buns and we asked for extra pickles and extra tomatoes. Now, let me just say the only reason we asked for extra is because lately, we’ve been lucky to get a whole slice of tomato and more than 2 pickle slices on our burgers. So the operator who took our order argued with us over the tomatoes and then told us that the burgers don’t come with onions anyway. We insisted they did and we did not want onions. Our food finally gets delivered and guess what, onions. On top of the onions, frozen tomatoes. I didn’t even know you could get frozen tomato slices. I’d like to think this wasn’t done out of spite but given the difficulty with ordering in the first place, I’m not convinced.
Just to add, we order this order regularly at many different Sonics and NEVER have this issue.

For whatever reason, their drive thru doesn’t register my 6k lb truck. Maybe twice I’ve been there it has. So I always just pull to the window and give my order that way. Last 4-5 times my order hasn’t even been close to right but by the time I get it I am just happy to have something.
