Took 3 times pushing red button to get response for order to be placed. Took 21 minutes for order to be delivered to car. Ordered chili cheese dog with onions. Received soggy tater tots with a teaspoon of chili, a pinch of cheese on top. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Yuck! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yeah I don’t know.. I showed up, ordered, they said it would be around 10:33 pm that I’d get my food. I waited about 8-9 minutes, a different car pulled up next to me, and THEY IMMEDIATELY GOT THEIR FOOD. Where was my food? Who knows, but it seemed like the employee knew the person personally. Currently waiting for about 11 minutes, and FINALLY got my food. Thanks you chuds, I appreciate how fast y’all are! (This is sarcasm.) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered pickup and waited 40 minutes for 1 shake, 1 soft serve, and 1 drink. The whole parking lot has been emptied of everyone except me and one other car who also has been waited for an abusrd amount of time. 40 minutes after placing an order online and the ice cream is melted because they made it but didn't bring it out for some reason.
