Date: May 30, 2026 Location: Sonic Drive-In, Lake Jackson, Texas This correspondence documents an unacceptable interaction with on-site management regarding service speed. During my visit, management utilized aggressive, profane language, explicitly demanding that I expedite my order, vacate my parking space, or leave the property immediately. This conduct is unprofessional, violates basic service standards, and creates an intimidating environment for customers. I expect an immediate investigation into this incident and a response outlining the corrective actions being taken to ensure that patrons are treated with basic professional courtesy. I am available to provide specific timestamps and descriptions of the individuals involved to facilitate your internal review.

Response from the owner 3 months ago

This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect SONIC'S values. We are deeply concerned by your report, Hector, and will investigate immediately.
