I recently had placed an order through the Sonic App. for delivery. Sadly it was missing over half of the order. The manager on duty was not able to rectify to situation. Today, I got a call from a new manager Will, he was great! Very sincere in his apology of what happened. Due to technical issues he was not able to refund my credit card and because I was unable to get to the restaurant myself, he actually drove 20 minutes to personally give me my full refund. He went way above and beyond to make things better and to repair opinion I had. We don’t get to that side of Erie often, but I am looking forward to stopping at Sonic the next we are near there. Thank you so much Will for your excellent customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5

Sonic food tends to be a mixed bag, as I feel like more attention is given to the drinks and treats than to the food. This is not the fault of this particular establishment, but the Sonic Drive-In brand as a whole. The treats and drinks are very good, although can often vary in quality from day to day, but otherwise is a lovely place to eat. Everyone there does a fantastic job! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Strawberry, Hot Fudge

The last time I was there it was very disappointing and I wrote a review about the shakes it has been 5 months since we've been there and I stopped in to grab a dinner before work last night and took it to work with me reason being I saw an ad on TV for the double cheeseburgers for a $1.99 and I figured I'd give you guys a try again I will say I was extremely happy the cheeseburgers were good they were hot and they seem like they're freshly made good job for Erie Pennsylvania
