My mom and I stopped at Sonic a couple weeks ago to get some lunch for us and the rest of our family. We went through the drive thru, where there was only one other car at the time, and were told that it would be a minute before we could order. We ended up waiting at least 20 minutes before driving away. We were not spoken to besides the initial greeting. The car that was there when we first pulled up was still there when we left. Now, as someone who also works in fast food, I understand that things can get busy and that you might need a couple minutes to sort things out before taking an order, but I have never made someone wait 20+ minutes just to order. We ended up going to the 45th street location and everything was good. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If it had not been for Ciera ! This amazing employee saved the day ! After DoorDash messing up our order multiple times I went straight to Sonic to pick it up ourselves, and she made sure that our order was correct and even when above and beyond to make sure that we were all set!! Thank you Ciera for being an STAR !! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Service: 5

Today I visited Sonic Drive-In, and there was a really nice worker named Momina who helped me. She was very friendly and kind to me. When I asked her for an extra ketchup, she went inside and brought me extra ketchups right away. It made my visit really pleasant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
