Worst “fast food” experience I’ve ever had. Literally everything that could go wrong went wrong. The microphone on the drive thru barely worked so you had to scream the order 3 times. When I finally got my order in, it took, no lie, 30 minutes to get my food. All of the food was stale and cold meaning it was just sitting there so there was no reason I had to wait. The chicken sandwich was laughable, it was a chicken tender on a bun with mayonnaise drenched on it. Also their card reader didn’t work and they came back 3 separate times saying it wasn’t working. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

I do not understand what is going on with this Sonic Drive-In. Using the app and customizing my burgers was a total disaster I found out after I got home. Tried calling for 2 days and no answer. I sent corporate an email and still haven't heard ANYTHING from them either. Going to give it one more try...went through the drive through. Couple in front of me ordered 2 drinks. I could hear them. I got to the speaker to order and was told they would be with me in just a minute. 10 minutes later and trying to get someone's attention by talking to the drive through order box, I asked an employee who was taking the garage out if anyone was working the drive through. Heard him yelling across the store that there were cars waiting to order. 3 minutes later I ordered 2 drinks and 1 burger. Turned the corner and seen there were still 2 cars waiting for their orders. First car left after about 6 minutes later and the car in front of me who ordered 2 drinks had to wait another 7 or 8 minutes for their drinks and then had to ask for straws. Once I got to the window, the guy asked if I had a hamburger? I asked if there was anything else with the burger and he looked inside and then he came back saying 2 drinks. I then asked how long my wait was going to be and he just looked at me. I stated that the car in front of me only ordered 2 drinks and I had been waiting for about 30 minutes already. He told me my order was already to go. SONIC DRIVE-IN in Ferndale Wa, you need to get someone to teach the manager how to manage the store. Lazy employees from top to bottom, maybe just close up shop. I have been watching this place fo down hill for a while now.
