So i had gotten home from a road trip then had to go straight to work. i was exhausted and hungry. i pulled into the sonic and did a mobile order. service was fine food came out fast and hot. but i got home and ate my food about 15-20 minutes after i got home. i took one bite of the burger. then spit it out right away. i hadn’t noticed that my bun was MOLDY. i am mortified. who wants to get home to finally enjoy some peace and comfort to find their dinner is completely messed up. i came back today and explained the situation. someone came out to my car and i showed them the pictures i took (as seen below). Don’t mind the bite taken out of it. He said he apologized and asked what the meal was because i asked for it to be remade. I didn’t catch his name. but he was very kind and understood the situation and fixed the problem right away. now having a moldy bun might be a bigger issue than the food having to be remade. but still he was kind and respectful. i don’t mean harm when making this review. but wanted people to have awareness to CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT. Food: 1 Service: 4

Ordered a mango peach refresher. It was terrible. Asked for an exchange but the manager refused. What is happening to businesses these days? It’s a $5 drink that money is more important than customer satisfaction? Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Sonic Drive-In at Berry Farms might just be the nicest one that I've ever been to. It has a beautiful transformable indoor outdoor seating area. I tried the Bacon Mesquite Burger which was tasty. Food was hot and fresh and the service was friendly. It was nice to see a quality control checklist on the receipt. If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Great job Sonic at Berry Farms.
