Usually have a good experience but this most recent time was not the same. App lets you choose 3 sauces and to only give one then expect customers to pay for each one with multiple menu items ordered is beyond ridiculous. Manager came out and quite frankly was rude when stating it’s a glitch on the app. Then fix it or report the issue to corporate, honor what I was able to order without the attitude. Not on the customer that your app is messed up. Never have had this issue until today. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everyone is always so kind and friendly especially the managers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

I am absolutely beyond frustrated with my experience at Sonic Drive-In. Brandon completely messed up my Oreo blast with strawberry.— it was made wrong, and it was VERY obvious. When you pay for something, you expect it to be made correctly, not thrown together carelessly. What’s even more unacceptable is that after realizing it was wrong, I tried to get it fixed and NO ONE came back out. I sat there waiting, and waiting, and was completely ignored. I eventually had to pull off without it being corrected. That is not customer service. If employees can’t be bothered to make a simple Oreo Blast correctly or fix a mistake when asked, that’s a serious problem. Do better. Customers deserve basic attention and accountability. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
