They didn’t fill up my drink, I ordered a sugar free syrup cherry limeade slush. I have ordered it many times and I completely understand that the slush comes with sugar, I like the way the sugar free syrup tastes more. When I ordered it, the girl taking my ordered was confused so when I clarified she said “yes I understand” in a very snappy way. Then when I got to the window, I asked if there was a way that I could order it differently so there was no confusion and the girl at the window was trying to rush us away and said that she didn’t take our order. So then I repeated the order to her and she said the same thing, that she didn’t take our order so she doesn’t know. I work in customer service, so I understand but I feel like they could have handled the situation better and the staff was just rude overall. Also, they used the syrup with sugar even though they stated they understood what I was asking for. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just went to the sonic in Greeley on 10th and had the absolute worst service!! Paid $50 for our food and was told they didn’t receive the payment even after showing them the statement on our bank app. The manager on site was extremely rude yelling at my husband and grabbed the food out of our car window!!! Will definitely be going back in the morning to speak with the GM and get a refund!!!
