Drove 20 min to our nearest sonic, waited 20 min in line to order, to come home and our orders were wrong. I asked for a # 1 single no, onions, extra pickles, mayo n mustard... I got it with extra onions, no pickles and the added ketchup. My other order was @ #4 double, dry. Got it with mayo and extra mustard... my drink was plain nasty strawberry limeade, tasted like tap water, not sweet and hardly any strawberries. Now I understand why they've closed so many of this drive thrus. The only thing right was the cheese sticks paid almost 40.00 for that.. Ridiculous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I had to hit the red button twice after sitting there for 2 minutes the first time with no answer and the screen showed the red button was activated. There was no other customers at the time .After the second attempt someone comes on and says what can I do for you? I told her what my order was, she then stated do you need anything else and I responded no. She then stated what did you said, I said no I don't need anything else. I can tell she either did not want to be at work with the attitude she was giving off through the speaker I then said am I bothering you? She responded and said how can you be bothering me when I just asked you what I wanted. Of course I simply drove off someone like that will not be serving me food. This took place at approximately 10:30 a.m.. Service: 1

As a Sonic Drive-In, the origin of the dinner used to be having the experience of pulling up, parking, placing your order and being served by a "car hop". This has become a sham, now that this "Drive-In" has turned the majority of it's stations into a pickup for online orders. Now, you don't drive in but go through the drive thru and a simple order can take 10 to 15 minutes of waiting in a line of cars. Sonic is now just as all other fast food joints! Shameful!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Tots, Burger
