Many people visit this fast food to try nicely cooked double cheeseburgers, bacon and breakfast sandwiches. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve good milkshakes. Visitors don't like sundaes at Sonic Drive-In.

At this place, you can order dishes as a takeout. Unfortunately, employees are pleasant as a number of guests mention. According to the reviewers' opinions, this spot is well known for its unprofessional service. From the guests' point of view, prices are reasonable. As clients find it, the atmosphere is comfortable here. But people rate this fast food below average on Google.

Megan was rude. I repeated I’d like 6 large waters at least 5 times and she kept saying 2 large waters? So I said 1,2,3,4,5,6 large waters gets rude and says dang I didn’t understand you but didn’t need you to count it out for me. Got to the window assuming she thought it was sound proof and was steady mocking me 1,2,3,4,5,6 Lady at the window handle it well though. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This isn’t the friendly service we strive for at the Drive-In, Cece, and we’re sorry your experience fell short of the SONIC standard. We’re addressing this with our team to help ensure every guest receives the welcoming service and care they expect moving forward.

Service was horrible.. they just remodeled and reopened took damn near 20 minutes to get a shake first what we ordered oreo cheesecake and coconut cream pie shakes ...sorry we don't have either of those. I SD what else don't you have she starts naming off tons of things cookie dough pineapple and so on I SD does your Manger know this is an ice cream place? She SD excuse me I SD never mind we ordered peanut butter fudge and strawberry banana... still took forever I even used debit at drive thru window to pay... whole time I'm waiting I'm watch a lil carhop girl hanging out at a truck of young boys flirting.. ya think she'd do her job and go inside and help out the lil mexican girl that was doing everything on her own, I told her she needs to tell manager they need to help her .... very poor service here more than once here they need to hire someone over 15 16 years old to do their job. I'll drive farther and go to highland sonic or collums sonic. Get your shit together or just close down ... 20 minutes for 2 shakes and you weren't even packed/busy is what's nuts... — eating milkshakes at Sonic Drive-In (112 University Parkway, Jackson, TN).
