Please do not go here. The lady or manager who closed on 5/27 was very rude when I explained that we had ordered food online last night and never got it. The app said it closed at 12 and we could order until 11:45. So we did. My husband went to go pickup our food and the lights were all off and no one was there. We obviously didn't get our food. So I called since on the app today it said we picked it up at 11:28 which is a lie. I called the store today and the lady said I had to go through the app and then she said "I closed at 11:20 and I saw no one..." it was like she was accusing me of lying. Totally awful customer service. I hung up to go on the app and figure it out but had some difficulty so I tried calling back multiple times to see if there was a way they could just refund me. The store ignored my phone calls consistently. I will never order from this one again. Very disappointed and I hope their team can learn some basic customer service skills. Price per person: $30–40

Went there after placing a mobile order, and got the wrong food. Tried calling multiple times to be hung up on, also was told the phone was dying and I could come back for my correct order then hung up on again.. before finishing my sentence, my kids had fallen asleep and was unable to go back so. I didn't get dinner tonight, and lost almost 10$ on a sandwich I never got . Super disappointing and so are the humans working... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The more we go to Sonic Drive-In the more we like it. Power tip: get the app. You’ll save a ton of money with the great offers and half off drinks all day long. It makes their slushes a much better value than the neighboring 7 Eleven. While they’re well known for their drinks, the food is pretty good as well. We’ve tried their burgers, tots, hotdogs and were quite surprised by their overall value and quality.
