The slushy was good but our burgers were missing the added 99 cent jalapeños and the cheese on the tropical burgers was supposed to be pepper jack but we got cheddar instead. We turned around and got it corrected and the young woman at the window was very nice and fixed our order right away. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner 3 months ago

Meticulous menu customization and accurate ingredient assembly are essential to every single order, Victoria. We are happy to hear our window team member was polite and corrected the issue immediately, but we are sorry the initial build didn't reflect our high standards for custom precision. Your notes are being sent to the kitchen line to keep our specialty burger preparation sharp, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a completely perfect trip from start to finish.

Stopped for the Smashburger. First, the slot we drove in wasn’t working but no one answered although it said button had been activated. Moved to another, gave our order but couldn’t pay, screen wasn’t working. Received our order, went home & found we didn’t get exactly what we ordered! Prices are high, & didn’t get what we ordered?! Sonic has disappointed us. Not eating here again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1
